Releasing the aches of the everyday
In the latest work for Therabody within 'For the Workout Called Life,' we focused our spots to tell deeper and more emotive stories around two specific audiences with active lives that often lack the recovery their bodies deserve and need – Millennial Moms and Active Agers.
In approaching these narratives, we leaned into surreal storytelling and visuals. We dramatized how the aches of the day remain on our protagonists' bodies, by carrying items from scene to scene to symbolize a day spent multitasking. They then lift into air for a euphoric, dreamlike sequence that represents the sense of release and recovery that Therabody offers.
