Visionary creative leader joins the collective to drive growth through strategic creativity.

We’re thrilled to welcome Tove Langseth as Head of Creative, Sweden – marking a significant step in our continued evolution as a creative business partner for both global and national brands.

With a background spanning agency and in-house leadership, Tove brings a rare combination of strategic discipline, creative agility, and entrepreneurial drive. She joins us from Klarna, where she served as Global Creative Lead, helping steer the fintech brand’s transformation ahead of its IPO.

Her career includes shaping Klarna’s iconic Smoooth platform at DDB, founding the fashion start-up Closely, and leading brand work for Diesel and Škoda.Tove’s appointment reflects our ambition to help brands unlock growth through strategic creativity – combining creativity and consultancy to make brands more valuable to both people and business.
